We understand that medical-grade luxury facials can be a bit daunting. Our goal is to provide skincare plans that are both affordable and accessible. We want to help our current and new clients to achieve their best skin health.

Regardless of  your skin concerns, regular treatments are  more effective than one-off treatments. Consistency gets results. We work with clients to plan out a regular schedule of treatments, so they know what to expect, and how much it will cost.

The idea is to make assessing skin, looking after it and maintaining results an attainable, habitual ritual
similar to a gym membership. Memberships involve monthly rolling plans and all include prerequisite perks as would normally be included with any leisure club enrolment, but instead of monthly PT sessions, you will benefit from preferential prices on skincare and treatments and discounted take-home product kits.

In addition to consistency, the benefits of a monthly facial membership also have to do with the skin cycle. Skin cell production and replacement slows as we age. It takes approximately 28 days for the average adult turnover - longer as you get older - and the results are cumulative. This is what motivated us to create a service that people can afford to do monthly, because that is when the real, long-term changes happen.

We are promoting good ongoing skincare routines rather than a quick fix. 

HOW IT WORKS:

Each month your facial/ treatment will be paid in advance through a monthly direct debit. Monthly memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment, but we are  that you’ll find the savings and the perks well worth it!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

DOES THE PLAN AUTO RENEW?
Yes, your membership auto-renews monthly until you tell us you want to cancel 30 days in advance, however you cannot cancel before 6 months. 

WHAT IF I WANT ADDITIONAL FACIALS?
If you’d like to come in for any extra facials and take advantage of the Member benefits, you simply pay for the additional service when you come in. Members receive 10% OFF additional services.

CAN I SHARE MY MONTHLY FACIAL TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND?
Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only.

DO MY CREDITS ROLLOVER EACH MONTH?
Our membership benefits offer significant discounts for regular self-care. Your credits do not rollover to the next and must be used before your next billing cycle. There are various options depending on how often your would like to come in and what your skin requires. The intention is that you come as scheduled.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you would like to cancel your membership, please give us a call or just let us know at your next appointment. We also require a notice by email. Please keep in mind that we require 30 days’ notice, so be sure to cancel 30 days before your payment date if you want to make it your last month. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE TOXIN AND DERMAL FILLERS.
No toxin and fillers would breech medical guidance  we cannot incentivise these treatments.

Membership is for a minimum 6-month period.
The membership will auto-renew after the initial 6 months.
After the initial 6-month membership period you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice in writing.
Members must abide by the Derma Nuvo cancellation policy. No-shows will forfeit their service for that month.
Membership benefits available are non-transferrable.
If you miss a month you forfeit the facial for that month. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused sessions.
